Differential cross sections for pion charge exchange on the proton at 27 . 5 MeV
We have measured pion single charge exchange differential cross sections on the proton at 27.5 MeV incident π kinetic energy in the center of momentum angular range between 0 and 55. The extracted cross sections are compared with predictions of the standard pion-nucleon partial wave analysis and found to be in excellent agreement. Typeset using REVTEX
متن کاملFinite p0-Semiregular Groups
About 60 years ago H. Zassenhaus 17] classiied nite near-elds. In doing so he also gave a full description of those nite groups which have a representation D (over C) such that D(g) has no eigenvalue 1 for any nontrivial element g 2 G. In our terminology such a group is called semiregular. One of the results in 17] characterizes SL 2 (5) as the only perfect semiregular group. Clearly, if the un...
متن کاملFunctional complementation of yeast ribosomal P0 protein with Plasmodium falciparum P0.
A complex of three phosphoproteins (P0, P1 and P2) constitutes the stalk region at the GTPase center of the eukaryotic large ribosomal subunit, amongst which the protein P0 plays the most crucial role. Earlier studies have shown the functional complementation of the conditional P0-null mutant of Saccharomyces cerevisiae (W303dGP0) with orthologous P0 genes from fungal and mammalian organisms, b...
متن کاملSign Pattern Matrices that Admit P0 Matrices
A P0-matrix is a real square matrix all of whose principle minors are nonnegative. In this paper, we consider the class of P0-matrix. Our main aim is to determine which sign pattern matrices are admissible for this class of real matrices. Keywords—Sign pattern matrices, P0 matrices, graph, digraph
متن کاملCloning and expression of Trypanosoma cruzi ribosomal protein P0 and epitope analysis of anti-P0 autoantibodies in Chagas' disease patients
Chagas' disease, caused by the intracellular protozoan parasite Trypanosoma cruzi, is a major cause of heart failure in endemic areas. Antigenic mimicry by T. cruzi antigens sharing epitopes with host macromolecules has been implicated in the pathogenesis which is thought to have a significant autoimmune component. We report herein on the cloning and characterization of a full-length cDNA from ...
